Kidlington Pedestrianisation and Traffic Regulation Order

An informal public consultation into the pedestranisation of Kidlington High Street (Watts Way to Oxford Road) was completed in November 2010. The results provided clear positive feedback to enable the project team to proceed forward with a formal consultation on a new traffic regulation Order. Cherwell District Council has the funds and resources to manage this process on behalf of Oxfordshire County Council. Therefore permission is sought from the Executive for Cherwell District Council to enter into an agency agreement with Oxfordshire County Council to undertake the work.
