Recommendations 1. Note the arrangements for dealing with complaints of alleged breaches of the Councillors Code of Conduct at Appendix 1. Decision: Resolved (1) That the arrangements for dealing with complaints of alleged breaches of the Councillors Code of Conduct be noted. Minutes: The Monitoring Officer submitted a report to enable the Committee to note the arrangements for dealing with complaints of alleged breaches of the Councillors’ Code under delegated authority. In responses to Members’ questions regarding the availability of the complaints form in languages other than English and raising awareness of this option accordingly, the Monitoring Officer confirmed that the form would be available in other languages and formats on request. Resolved (1) That the arrangements for dealing with complaints of alleged breaches of the Councillors Code of Conduct be noted.
