The following item contains exempt information as defined in the following paragraphs of Part 1, Schedule 12A of Local Government Act 1972.

Members are reminded that whilst the following item has been marked as exempt, it is for the meeting to decide whether or not to consider each of them in private or in public. The Assistant Director Human Resources & Organisational Development Interim advised the Panel that the appellant had advised that he would not be attending the hearing. The Panel unanimously agreed that the hearing continue in the absence of the appellant.
The Appeals Panel conducted an appeal in accordance with the Appeals Panel Procedure rules.
The Investigating Officer submitted the case on behalf of Cherwell District Council, supported by the HR Business Partner and questions were invited.
The Investigating Officer made their concluding remarks.
The Investigating Officer and the HR Business Partner left the meeting. The Panel retired to consider the evidence.
