cleaner, fairer, and more affordable energy system.
OxLAEP was commissioned in 2023 by
Oxfordshire Leaders Joint Committee (OLJC) on behalf of all
Oxfordshire councils and is delivered in partnership with Arup and
Global City Futures. Oxfordshire County Council leads programme and
contact management.
