Tenants Charter

To agree the next steps following referral to Executive via motion (agreed as amended) at 19 December 2022 Council

Reason for urgency: As an action from Full Council this matter should be expedited. As an authority this is something we can and should move forward without delay. We need agreement to take next steps so to wait until the next scheduled Executive meeting would add an unnecessary delay. The decision is key due to the impact across two or more district wards. As the key decision was not included on the Executive Forward Plan giving the required 28 days’ notice, the Chairman of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee has been notified and agrees to the decision being taken.
