Appointment of Chair for the municipal year 2026/2027 Minutes: It was proposed by Councillor Russell and seconded by Councillor Parkinson that Councillor Middleton be appointed Chair of the Appeals Panel for the municipal year 2026/2027.
There were no further nominations.
There being no further nominations, Councillor Ian Middleton was duly elected Chair of the Appeals Panel for the municipal year 2026/2027.

Appointment of Vice-Chair for the municipal year 2026/2027 Minutes: It was proposed by Councillor Parkinson and seconded by Councillor Russell that Councillor Pattenden be appointed Vice-Chair of the Appeals Panel for the municipal year 2026/2027.
There were no further nominations.
There being no further nominations, Councillor Rob Pattenden was duly elected Vice-Chair of the Appeals Panel for the municipal year 2026/2027.
