Purpose of Report
To consider an objection to a Temporary Event Notice application made under a Cherwell District Council Environmental Health Responsible Authority, under Section 104(2) of the Licensing Act 2003.
Recommendations
This Sub-Committee has the power to determine this application in accordance with the provisions of the Licensing Act 2003 and the Council’s Statement of Licensing. This Sub-Committee may:
1.1 Issue the Temporary Event Notice as applied.
1.2 Issue a counter Notice under Section 105 (2)(b) of the Licensing Act 2003, rendering all licensable activities unlawful.
1.3 Issue conditions to the Temporary Event Notice under Section 106 A (2) of the Licensing Act 2003
