(1)      That it was noted the Executive were asked to agree the following recommendations at their meeting on 7 September 2026.

1.1.1    The Budget Process for 2-27/28 be noted

1.1.2    The base assumptions to be used for the 2027/28 budget be noted

1.1.3    That a five-year period for the Medium-Term Financial Strategy to 2031/32 and five-year period for the Capital Programme to 2031/32 be noted.
