To consider the comments received on the consultation draft Planning Brief and Management Plan for RAF Bicester, to approve amendments to the document made as a result and to adopt the document as Informal Development Principles to be used as a material consideration, in conjunction with other considerations, in the determination of planning applications on the site.

Agreed, with the amendment that officers be requested to look at the inclusion of public art and whether this conflicts with the conservation objectives on this site.
