Purpose:
To allow the adoption of the Local Validation Checklist and its use for Development Management purposes.

(1) That the adoption of the Local Validation Checklist and its use for Development Management purposes be approved.
Reasons for the decision:
The Council is required to periodically review its Local Validation Checklist. This is unavoidable this time. Failure to review the Local Validation Checklist will lead to the Council only being able to insist upon limited matters that appear in the national list of requirements.
