Reason for Urgency

This item is scheduled for the 1 December 2014 meeting, however it was indicated the item would be public. Due to ongoing financial work it is now necessary for the appendices to the report to be restricted.

 

The Chairman of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee has been consulted and is in agreement that the items be restricted.

Resolved

 

(1)          That the projected revenue and capital position at September 2014 be noted.

 

(2)          That the quarter 2 (Q2) performance against the 2014-15 investment strategy and the financial returns from the funds be noted.
