The Planning Committee to consider and comment on the proposed Cherwell District Council consultation response.

There is no public speaking on this item as it is not a planning application for determination by Cherwell District Council.

Comments on the application by the local community and other external parties should be made directly to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government between from 7 September until midnight on Thursday 17 September to crowncasework@communities.gov.uk

1.    That the Cherwell District Council’s Written Response to the Home Office proposals at Bicester Garrison Site A, Street From Blackthorn Bridge To Arncott, Piddington be noted.

2.    That authority be delegated to the Assistant Director - Planning, in consultation with the Chair or Vice-Chair of Planning Committee, to finalise and submit Cherwell District Council's written response to the Secretary of State and MHCLG.
