The Chairman of the Council will call for nominations for the office of Chairman.

Minutes:

Resolved that Councillor Fred Blackwell be elected Chairman of Planning Committee for the 2010/11 Council year.

Appointment of Vice-Chairman

The Chairman of the Committee will then call for nominations for the office of Vice-Chairman.

Minutes:

Resolved that Councillor Rose Stratford be elected Vice-Chairman of Planning Committee for the 2010/11 Council year.
