The Committee requested that a forthcoming report on outstanding enforcement matters in relation to development at the Corner Meadow, Farnborough Road, and Mollington should be considered at the same future committee meeting as a newly received application for further development at the site (planning application 11/00783/F for a vehicular access at Corner Meadow). It was noted that the new application would normally be an item for officer delegated decision. However in the circumstances SD (PHE) indicated that he would be referring the application to the Committee for a decision as this would allow a proper consideration of the relationship between conditions on the previous permissions and the new application. |
