Reason for urgency: Reason for urgency: Due to the need for a decision to be taken before the 1 March Executive meeting, the Corporate Director Commercial Development, Assets and Investment, in consultation with the Leader of the Council, will take an exempt urgent decision in relation to Graven Hill. This will be notified to the 1 March 2021 Executive meeting.
As the key decision was not included on the Executive Forward Plan giving the required 28 days’ notice, the Chairman of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee has agreed the decision can be taken having regard to the urgency of the decision. Due to the matter containing exempt information relating to the financial affairs of the council (paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of Local Government Act 1972) the agreement of the Overview & Scrutiny Committee Chairman has been given having regard to the commercial nature of the report.
