Reason for Urgency: A decision is required to ensure the issuing of the contract in a timely manner to ensure ongoing service provision.

Due to the financial implications and significant effect on two or more wards the decision is key. The Chairman of the Overview and Scrutiny Committee has been notified. Due to the item containing ‘exempt’ information as defined in paragraph 3 of Schedule 12A of the Local Government Act 1972, the report should be restricted.
