Purpose of committee
The Joint Appraisal Sub Committee carries out the objective setting, annual appraisal and 6 monthly review for the shared Chief Executive. It consists of 6 Councillors (3 from each council) who are members of the Joint Personnel Committee and the Leaders of both Councils.
