Report of Interim Public Protection and Environmental Health Manager.

Summary

To provide an outline of an application for the grant of a Premises Licence in relation to Yarnton Manor, Church Lane, Yarnton, OX5 1PY, and detail the representations received from Responsible Authorities and Other Persons.

Recommendations

There is no recommendation.  However, in considering the representations received and what is appropriate for the promotion of the licensing objectives, members must have regard to the Licensing Act 2003 and Cherwell District Council (CDC) Licensing Act 2003 Statement of Licensing Policy.

Option 1:       approve the application for the grant of a premises licence as submitted.

Option 2:       reject the application for the grant of premises licence in whole or part.

Option 3:       place conditions on the grant of premises licence and/or require changes to the details of the permissions sought.

The Interim Public Protection and Environmental Health Manager submitted a report which provided an outline of an application for the grant of a Premises Licence in relation to Yarnton Manor, Church Lane, Yarnton, OX5 1PY, and detailed the representations received from Responsible Authorities and Other Persons.

Resolved

(1)          That the application for the grant of a premises licence in relation to Yarnton Manor, Church Lane, Yarnton OX5 1PY be refused as detailed in the attached decision letter.
