The Resources and Performance Scrutiny Board
is attended by 12 non-executive members and meets every 6 weeks.
The main responsibilities of the Board are to scrutinise
partnerships, finance budgets, service and corporate
performance.
Members of the public can attend meetings of
the Board, submit questions and petitions and can suggest topics
