** The Chair and Vice-Chair of the Overview
& Scrutiny Committee for the 2026/2027 municipal year will be
appointed at the first meeting of the committee in this municipal
year, Thursday 18 June **
The Overview and Scrutiny Committee is
attended by 12 non-executive members. The main responsibilities of
the Committee are to review and monitor the effectiveness of
Council services.
Members of the public can attend meetings of
the Committee, submit questions and petitions and can suggest
