1.	Appointment of Chairman View the background to item 1. The Chairman of the Council will call for nominations for the office of Chairman. Minutes: Resolved that Councillor Eric Heath be elected Chairman of the Licensing Committee for the 2009/10 Council year.
2.	Appointment of Vice-Chairman View the background to item 2. The Chairman of the Committee will then call for nominations for the office of Vice-Chairman. Minutes: Resolved that Councillor Tony Illot be elected Vice-Chairman of the Licensing Committee for the 2009/10 Council year.
