The building and any associated development shall be removed from the site and the land restored to its former condition within 6 months of the cessation of the nursery use.

           

4.               The building hereby approved shall be used only for the purpose of a nursery and for no other purpose whatsoever, including any other purpose in Class D1 of the Schedule to the Town and Country Planning (Use Classes) (Amendment) (England) Order 2005.

           

5.               Notwithstanding the submitted details, the elevations of the development hereby approved shall be painted in the colour Cream (RAL1013).

 

6.               Prior to the commencement of the development hereby approved, and notwithstanding the submitted details, a revised boundary treatment plan shall be submitted to and approved in writing by the Local Planning Authority.
