Report of Shareholder Representative.

Purpose of report

To note, comment and approve recommendations in response to Crown House Banbury Limited Quarter Four 2025/26 Business Report. 

Recommendations

The Shareholder Committee resolves:

1.1           To note and comment on the Crown House Banbury Limited Quarter Four 2025/26 Business Report as contained in this report. 

Resolved

(1)            That the Crown House Banbury Limited Quarter Four 2025/26 Business report be noted.

The Committee considered a report from the Shareholder Representative that detailed the Quarter four 2025/26 business report for Crown House Banbury Limited.

The Crown House Director advised the Committee that the long-running metering issue was ongoing, but progress had been made in the last few weeks with the supplier, who had confirmed the overpayment would be refunded once the metering for individual flats was resolved.

The Crown House Director also explained to the Committee that following a change in accountancy firm, the Crown House companies had better visibility of monthly accounts which meant more detailed information could be presented to Committee.

The Shareholder Representative advised the Committee that it was the last meeting for Nicola Riley as Director of Crown House. He thanked Nicola for the work undertaken during her time as a Director, and the Shareholder Committee added their thanks to Nicola.
