(1)      That, further to the delegated authority given by Executive at its meeting of 3 June 2019, Minute 10 (2), Councillor Colin Clarke be appointed as Cherwell District Council’s outside body representative on Banbury Bluecoats.

 

Reasons for the decision:

The appointment of representatives to Outside Bodies ensures that the Council is represented and maintains links with outside bodies

Alternative options considered:

Not to appoint a representative. This is not recommended as the Council would not be represented on the outside body and could miss valuable information and opportunities.
