Purpose:

Reason for urgency: The Build Team is seeking approval to award a Contract for Construction works to one of its development sites. Executive approval is required due to the value of the contract. Delaying the appointment of a contractor would delay the project completion date which has been agreed with the Homes and Community Agency (HCA). Due to the value of the contract, the decision is key and the Chairman of teh Overview & Scrutiny Committee has been notified.
