Overview and Scrutiny Committee
Purpose of committee
The membership of the Committee for the 2024/2025 municipal year will be confirmed at the Annual Council meeting on Wednesday 22 May. This page will be updated on 23 May.
The Overview and Scrutiny Committee is attended by 12 non-executive members. The main responsibilities of the Committee are to review and monitor the effectiveness of Council services.
Members of the public can attend meetings of the Committee, submit questions and petitions and can suggest topics for the Committee review. To find out how you can get involved in Scrutiny please contact Democratic Services.
